Our process and Results
User Behaviour shows businesses working in the B2B space catering to SMEs prefer using WhatsApp for primary communication. Generating tickets using WhatsApp was a common day-to-day activity, in order to manage the influx of tickets being generated from clients a custom web-based system was needed to organise and improve ticket management.

With help for the Devanagari and Latin writing systems, it is an internationalist take around the genre.

WhatsApp Customer Service
The headlining feature is the use of WhatsApp as the main communications tool embedded within the ticket management system. The system allows users to generate tickets and talk to different departments using only one phone number. Customer Success representatives are able to transfer the customer to another department from within the Web App.
